Thank you for your response. I think that you need to tell Shuki that during the lessons, he must have his camera on. I suspect that during our lessons he is busy with other stuff. He needs to devote the full 25 minutes to his lesson except if he needs to go to the bathroom. Yes, I do agree that a reading book will definitely help his fluency and finally we will need to work through old IELTS exam papers. This will definitely help his current situation. I cannot force any student to keep their camera on during a lesson. Shuki is a bright young man, he just needs to focus in the lessons.
