Hi I'm teacher Emma Nippert. I am 31 years old. I live in Providence, Rhode Island and graduated from Bridgewater State University with a degree in English.
I have 9 years of experience in teaching ESL to all age groups, but I mostly prefer working with younger children. This gives me the opportunity to give them a strong foundational knowledge. My teaching style is based on making learning fun and engaging for both children and adults.

"Teacher, after all the lessons you've taught my child, in which areas of the FCE exam (reading, listening, writing, and speaking) does he need to improve? What are his current accuracy percentages for the reading and listening sections?"

 Ken is great, he is trying very hard, he needs improvement in all areas (actually he is perfect in listening, I try talking to him the same way I speak to native speakers and he understands me 99,9%) because he is a kid and is not a native speaker but for a 9 year old he is exceptional. His grammar is what needs improvement in both speaking and writing (mostly the construction of sentences) and I suggest that he watches a cartoon or a movie in English at least once a day so he gets more familiar with the construction of sentences, cause that's his problem area. He sometimes has trouble with past tense for example "I win today" but that only happens in spoken assignments not in written. All in all, his English is at a much higher level than a lot of my students who are older than him.
