 I understand and where you are coming from and today's session went rather smoothly so no worries at all. I can confidently announce that news of his Lexile score are among the best things that I have heard in while and I wish nothing for him but more success in his life. I would also like to thank you for supporting him in ways that you do and your effective assistance in making learning fun for him. I enjoy every second of teaching him in my classes and I enjoy our little banters even more. Thank you for sharing this with me and I truly wish you the best!

 You don't have to apologize for this at all!! I truly understand because I had many students before in this phase and we can work through it as smooth as possible. He is a very well behaved little boy and I always look forward to his classes. If you see me taking a few minutes to go back and forth with him it's because I want to make sure he understands the truth (even though he might night announce his acceptance to me). I'll try to fall less for his baits to not take much of the class time for this and get to more important stuff!
